The information you see on the D-Starusers LastHeard page is made possible by System Admins who have installed the DStarMonitor program on their gateway computer systems.

Since participation in supplying information for DStarMonitor is voluntary, only a subset of D-STAR repeaters around the world report usage to dstarusers.org. Errors in reception at the repeater can prevent proper reporting to dstarusers.org. DStarMonitor, the reporting software, in no way affects the operation of the D-STAR gateway.
